Where it all began
Sublime Society Salon was founded by two powerhouse women, none other than Sara Pool and Maddie Walz. While only knowing each other for 2 years, there was in instant connection between them through the balance of their likeness yet individuality. Passionate and ambitious, they both aspired to create something of their own in the industry at early stages in their career. After feeling unable to reach their full potential, the women were inspired to cultivate a community rooted in genuineness and integrity, Sublime Society Salon.
Meet The Team
Sara
President, owner, founder, master stylist
Sara, a second-generation stylist, grew up around salon life. But it wasn’t until she was working in a salon as a receptionist, that she was inspired to attend Z Hair Academy in 2020 and begin paving her own way in cosmetology. From a very early age she had the spirit of an entrepreneur and was always inspired to become a business owner, whether that was selling worms at 5 years old or opening a salon after just 3 years of working as a full time stylist. Her drive and ambition pushed her to open Sublime Society Salon in 2023.
While enjoying the business side of being a cosmetologist, she still takes pride in her skills as a master stylist. She specializes in multiple methods of hair extensions and makeup artistry, but her truest specialty is people. She has a passion for building confidence in her guests and fellow stylists.
She aspires to cultivate an inclusive and authentic community inside and beyond the salon. Sara is excited to invite new and familiar faces into Sublime Society Salon.
Maddie
Co-Founder & Master Stylist
Maddie began her career in 2020 when she attended Paul Mitchell. She was inspired from early in her career to create her own space in the beauty industry founded in creativity and community. Her specialties include blonding and custom color services but her true passion is creating personal connections with her guests. She also enjoys providing specialty services, such as hair extensions and lash extensions and has been certified in both. Maddie is motivated and eager to ensure her guests feel at home in her chair.

Shiloh
stylist & makeup artist
Shiloh, a second generation stylist, has been inspired by the beauty industry from an early age. She attended Z hair academy in 2021 as soon as she finished high school. She displays her passion for beauty through her specialty services, makeup, lash extensions, and lived in color. Shiloh is eager to pursue her career dreams by connecting with her guests and hopes to keep them coming back for more! βI aspire to change the world, one head at a time!β
Maria
Master Stylist and Barber
Mariaβs aspirations of becoming a hairdresser began at age 8, her first clients being her Barbie dolls. She enjoyed styling her friendsβ hair in high school which inspired her to begin her cosmetology school journey at 20 years old. Maria has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry not only specializing in womenβs cuts and colors, but also has spent time perfecting her skills as a master barber. She is eager to welcome guests to her chair and is thrilled to join the Sublime Society Salon Team.
Sami
stylist
Samiβs love for all things beauty began at a young age, inspiring her to pursue cosmetology as her career. In 2022, she turned her dreams into reality by attending Paul Mitchell The School, where she refined her skills as a stylist and developed a deep commitment to ensuring each of her guests feel comfortable in her chair.
Sami aspires to continually grow her education and stay well-versed in her craft, always including all hair types and textures. She specializes in custom blonding and color services and takes pride in working with diverse ethnic hair. Her goal is to provide personalized, high-quality services that leave her guests feeling confident, beautiful, and understood.
Rose
esthetician
Rose discovered her passion for skincare through her desire to help others feel confident and genuinely cared for. With a background in healthcare, she has always known she wanted to care for people in a meaningful way. That experience shaped her nurturing approach and showed her how powerful, and rewarding it is to help others.
Her inspiration for esthetics began at a young age, watching her mother navigate skin concerns sparked a desire to help. This planted a seed for what would become a lifelong passion. Skincare became more than a routine, it became a way to care for people she loved.
Rose completed her education at Paul Mitchell in 2025, and continues to pursue advanced education to refine her craft at Sublime Society Salon. She specializes in customized facials, advanced treatments, brows, and waxing. She is also spray tan certified and looks forward to offering custom spray tanning services!
Rose believes skincare is more than a service, itβs an experience. Her goal is to create glowing results yet deeply relaxing experiences where every client feels seen, safe, and radiant!
Kalena
stylist
Kalena began her career in cosmetology by attending Paul Mitchell the School Overland Park in 2023. She strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for each of her guests. Kalena enjoys providing any and all color services from all over colors to custom blonding. She is excited to continue to learn and grow as a stylist by mastering skills including hair extensions as well as lash extensions! Her passion is not only to continue to build her service menu, but also to build lasting relationships with her guests!
