Salon Policies
Client Agreement
By booking your appointment with us, you are agreeing to our terms and policies. Sublime is not responsible for client negligence in reading the details of our policies before receiving services.
Boulevard Personal Information
It is required to have a form of contact and payment method on file when booking your appointment through our booking system, Boulevard. You may opt out of email/text communications at any time however, you are still responsible to pay late or cancellation fees.
When booking online, you will be quoted an estimate on the services that were chosen, however, pricing and services may vary based on final consultation. We never charge your card without your permission pertaining to quoted service until the service is received (exception late/canceling policies). Services may vary and may not always be quoted adjustments at the time of the appointment unless asked based on the products needed to perform the services.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we provide a 5 star experience to each of our guests, we respectfully request timely notification of appointment changes and/or cancelations. Our policies provide opportunity to fill last minute appointment times and protect the financial security for our stylists.

Late Policy
We strive to maintain a punctual schedule. Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. If there is a delay in your arrival by 5-10 minutes, we remind you that your service will end at its originally scheduled time and full service accommodations will be modified. If your arrival exceeds 10 minutes, you may be asked to reschedule or incur a late fee.
We understand that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please notify your stylist or Sublime Society Salon as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate and find a suitable solution.
Cell Phone Policy
To maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that you be respectful of the other clients in the salon while using your cell phones. This includes but is not limited to making live chat calls via FaceTime, Zoom Calls/Meetings, and watching videos. We understand color processing time can seem like an ideal time to catch up. Please turn your device’s volume on vibrate or silent to avoid interruptions. We kindly ask that you use headphones if you would like to use these features while in the salon.
Child Policy
We welcome families and children in our salon. It is preferred that parents visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. We ask that if you have young children that they are not disturbing the relaxing atmosphere of the salon. In the event that you must bring your child to your appointment, they will be required to sit quietly in our waiting area during your service. This is not only out of respect for the other clients in the salon but also for the child’s safety. We have tools that may be sharp or hot and styling chairs that tip over easily, so we ask that children not be anywhere around the stylistsβ station unless they are receiving a service. If it is not feasible for them to wait in the waiting area then your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Pricing Policy
Prices of services listed on our menu are based on shoulder length and medium density. If your hair is longer than shoulder length or requires the use of more products to perform the services selected, guests will be charged based on the additional product cost as needed. Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate final pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we have a no-refund policy. In the event an adjustment is necessary, we ask that you kindly communicate with the stylist that performed your original service within 5 days of your appointment to receive complimentary corrections. If the adjustments vary from the original service due to client preference versus correction, you will be charged the full price of the new services. If you are uncomfortable communicating or returning to the stylist that performed the service, please contact the owner directly to resolve issues.
Privacy Policy
Required personal information collected is used to improve the convenience of our service to you, to protect our stylist, send important information and communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.
Right to Refuse Policy
Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.
